申請資格

Application eligibility

符合「外國學生來台就學辦法」規定者

Applicants must meet the requirements set forth in the “Regulations for Foreign Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan.”

申請學士班者須具高中學歷或具有與我國學制相當之同等學力資格

Applicants seeking admission to the Bachelor's program are required to have completed senior high school or possess equivalent academic qualifications recognized as comparable to Taiwan’s education system.

申請學士班應具備華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)A2級(含)以上能力證明；
申請碩士班應具備華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)B2級(含)以上能力證明。
Applicants for Bachelor's Program must provide proof of Chinese language proficiency at TOCFL Level A2 or higher; applicants for master’s programs must provide proof of proficiency at TOCFL Level B2 or higher

獎助學金資訊
Scholarship

※ 深德明心新生入學獎學金 Takming Scholarship
本校新生出具校友、校友直系親屬、校友配偶、校友(或在校生)之兄弟姐妹證明且已完成註冊程序入學本校就讀者。
Freshmen of the university should present proof of alumni, immediate family members of alumni,spouses of alumni, brothers or sisters of alumni (or current students) and have completed the enrollment procedure.

本校新生及其直系親屬或兄弟姊妹[2 人(含)以上]同時錄取本校且已完成註冊程序入學本校就讀者。
Freshmen of the university and their immediate family members, brothers or sisters [2 people (inclusive)or more] are admitted to the school at the same time and have completed the enrollment procedure.

※ 續讀獎學金 Retention Scholarship
本校為鼓勵外籍學生能延續學習課程並完成學業,特訂定續讀獎學金予以獎勵。一年級的第二學期與二年級的第二學期,本校提供獎學金。
In order to encourage international students to continue and complete their studies, our univeristy has specially formulated scholarships for continuing studies. In the second semester of the first year and the second semester of the second year, international students can apply for retention scholarships.

※ 優良獎學金 Outstanding Student Scholarship

每班在學學生總人數未滿三十人，獎勵最優一名；滿三十人未滿四十五人，獎勵最優前兩名；滿四十五人以上，獎勵最優前三名。前三名依學業、操行分數依序評比。學生前學期學業成績，應具備條件如下：
If the total number of students in each class is less than 30, the best one will be awarded; if there are more than 30 students but less than 45 students, the top two will be awarded; if there are more than 45 students, the top three will be awarded. The top three will be judged in order according to their academic and conduct scores. The academic performance of the previous semester should meet the following conditions:

1、學業總平均成績八十分以上且每科均須及格者。

Overall academic average grade is 80 or above and every subject is passed.

2、操行成績八十分以上者。

Conduct score is 80 or above.

學雜費收退費標準
Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees and Refund

收費Free
(一)本校114學年度一般外國學生學雜費收費標準供參考，所有金額以新臺幣計算 The 2025 academic year tuition and fees for students in the International Students in General Program for reference, all amounts are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars. 1.大學一年級「第一學期」起學雜費收費(含學生團保)：大約新臺幣 Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees for the First Semester of Undergraduate Year 1 (including student group insurance): approximately NT$ ※備註：學雜費不含電腦及網路使用費、學生團體保險費、健康保險費、入學體檢費、住宿費等。Note: The student is responsible for payment of the remaining fees not covered. (Such as student insurance, health insurance, housing, internet user fee, etc.)

退費Refund
休、退學時間 Timing of Withdrawal/Leave			退費比例 Tuition and miscellaneous fee refund ratio
1.註冊日(含當日)前申請休退學者 Before or on the registration date:Full refund of all paid fees			已收費者，全額退費 Don't need to pay the tuition and miscellaneous fee,and a full refund for students who have already paid.
2.於註冊日之次日起至上課(開學)日之前一日申請休、退學者 From the day after registration until the day before classes begin: 2/3 of tuition refunded；all miscellaneous and other fees fully refunded.			退還學費2/3，雜費全部及其餘各費全部 Two-thirds of tuition fees will be refunded, miscellaneous fees will be refunded in full.
3.於上課(開學)日(含當日)之後而未逾學期 1/3 申請休、退學者 From the first day of classes until one-third of the semester: 2/3 refund of tuition, miscellaneous, and other fees.			退還學雜費及其餘各費總和之2/3 Two-thirds of tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.
4.於上課(開學)日(含當日)之後逾學期 1/3 ，而未逾學期 2/3 申請休、退學者 Students who apply for withdrawal or leave of absence after the first day of classes (inclusive) and after one-third of the semester has passed, but before two-thirds of the semester.			退還學雜費及其餘各費總額之1/3 One-third of tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.
5.於上課(開學)日(含當日)之後逾學期 2/3 申請休、退學者 Students who apply for withdrawal or leave of absence after the first day of classes (inclusive) and after two-thirds of the semester has passed.			所繳各費，不予退還 Tuition and miscellaneous fees paid are nonrefundable.
