華語文能力證明（四擇一）:

Certificate of Mandarin proficiency (submitted according to student situation)：

1. 華語文能力測驗(TOCFL) A2級以上證書及成績單。

1.Have TOCFL A2 or above.
2. 就讀馬來西亞華校（華文小學、獨立中學、國民/國民型中學）且持有畢業證書或有2學期以上華語文及格成績單。

2.Graduation certificate or academic transcript showing at least two semesters of passing Mandarin language grades from one of the following institutions: Chinese primary schools, independent high schools, or national/national type secondary schools (SMK/SMJK) in Malaysia.
3. 已報名我政府駐外機構或委請本會指定保薦單位舉辦之筆試，且持有華語文學習時數達240小時以上之時數證明。

3.Proof of registration for the written test administered by Taiwan overseas government agencies or the recommending units designated by the OCAC and holding proof of at least 240 hours of Mandarin study.
4. 華語文能力測驗(TOCFL) A1級證書及成績單，且持有華語文學習時數達240小時以上之時數證明。

緬甸及泰北學科測驗調查表

（除持緬甸地區學歷及泰北未立案華文中學畢業申請者必繳外，其餘申請者無需繳交）

Myanmar and Northern Thailand Subject Test Questionnaire: Except forapplicants with academic qualifications from Myanmar and those who graduated from unregistered Mandarin secondary schools in Northern Thailand, applicants do not need to submit.

緬甸學歷驗證切結書

（除持緬校學歷證件尚未經緬甸外交部及我駐緬甸代表處驗證者必繳外，其餘申請者無需繳交）

Myanmar Education Affidavit: Except for those who hold Myanmar school academic certificates not verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar and our representative office in Myanmar, applicants do not need to submit.
